With your next weekend break you must plan a holiday package to the Cultural Capital of Holland, Amsterdam. With its beautiful canals running through the city centre, Amsterdam earned itself the honorary name of “the Venice of the Netherlands”. Amsterdam is physically small, beautiful, relatively quiet, and an unusual city in that it has all the advantages of a big city culture, history, food, entertainment, good transport.
If you’re planning a short city break in Amsterdam, there are a lot of places you shouldn’t miss. The largest park of the city, Vondelpark, close to the Leidseplein and the big museums, is always alive with skaters, joggers and all sorts of street performers. During your city break you must visit Amsterdam’s most famous day market, with stalls lining both sides of the Albert Cuyp street. The canals of course are one of the major attractions of the ‘Venice of the North’. By daytime already very charming, by night they become even more enchanting because a lot of the canal houses and bridges are beautifully illuminated. The flower market on the Singel between the Munt tower and the Koningsplein is one of the most colourful, sweet-smelling sightseeing attractions in Amsterdam.
Waterlooplein is

As of last week, Dell announced that it will cut back on mail-in rebates and make sale prices more accessible to customers after complaints that the procedure for receiving the sale price was too complicated.
Analysts believe this will help boost Dells customer relations but not necessarily its sales. Dell, the worlds largest personal computer maker said that product prices will stay the same.
Dells sales have been down in recent quarters with tougher competition from their number one competitor Hewlett-Packard. Dell which sells directly to customers through the internet and via phone has had complaints of their poor after-sale performance. In the early 90s Dells percentage growth was much higher and analysts wonder if Dell can once again reach these numbers.
An analyst with Cross Research says, “Dell is facing a lot of challenges. HP is just reinvigorated, which is one of their biggest problems. Their competitor is back.”
Dell shares ended down 68 cents, or 3 percent, at $21.70, more than the Merrill Lynch Tech 100 index’s (^MLO – news) 1.6 percent fall.
Dell anticipated a reduction of approximately 70 percent per product line in the number of promotions for U.S. consumers and small businesses. Promotions

Have you ever experienced anxiety? I wouldnt hesitate to say that out of 100 adults surveyed, all 100 would tell you they have experienced some form of anxiety. Anxiety is a normal part of our existence. In the early years of man, anxiety and adrenalin served the purpose of keeping us alert to approaching danger. This kept us alive. Today, the anxiety that many of us feel is in response to ever increasing daily responsibilities and no increase in the amount of time available to take care of those responsibilities.
Some people, however, experience a far worse condition of anxiety. Anxiety attacks, or panic attacks, as they are often referred to, rob individuals of their ability to function normally. Moms know that staying home with the kids is an important job, perhaps the most important job that a woman can have. Unfortunately, few moms can afford to give up all of the income theyve been contributing to the family coffers. However, finding the right work from home job can be a bit of a challenge. Luckily, moms can find ways to contribute to the households financial well being while they are hunting for the perfect work from home job.
Do your children have toys theyve barely touched or clothing theyve outgrown that is still in good shape? One great way to make a bit of extra money is to gather up all of the items you arent using anymore and hold a garage sale or yard sale. Make sure that everything is clean, well organized, and clearly priced before you hold your sale. You should have a sign that clearly announces the sale in your front yard and you may want to also place a classified ad in your local paper. To save on advertising costs and generate more interest, ask a few other neighborhood moms to chip in.

Though she may love and care for someone a great deal, Madonna rarely expresses her feelings openly and freely. Very often Veronica Ciccone’s love for someone is expressed by her wish to help others, do something tangible to benefit them or serve them in some way. It is also difficult for Madonna to receive warmth, affection or appreciation, for she often feels that she does not really deserve it or that “they do not really mean it”. Veronica Ciccone may therefore come across as rather cool and aloof – much more so than she feels.

One of the skills important for a player to learn before playing the actual game of basketball is passing the basketball. Passing is the act of the handing over the basketball to the player’s teammate. Communication between the team members is crucial in passing. You have to acknowledge the pass first, either verbally or nonverbally, before handing over the basketball to a player. Passing can be used as an escape route if the player is heavily guarded by the defenders in order to keep the ball in the team’s possession and later on shooting the basketball to the team’s basket. In basketball, passing skills are acknowledged by statistics, which are called an assists. Passing the basketball may be done in several ways.

When people see sunglasses advertised as polarized sunglasses they usually do not understand exactly what this means. If you are like me, you probably think that ordinary sunglasses are just as good, so why bother paying the additional cost to have polarized lenses in your sunglasses.
It is a fact that polarized sunglasses are better for your eyes and do help you to have clearer vision when you are out in the sun. They also offer protection that normal sunglasses do not, from the harmful sun rays.
If you spend any amount of time out of doors in direct sunlight, then you are able to really take advantage of the benefits create by having polarized sunglasses.
If you play a lot of sports, for example, golf, tennis or fishing polarized sunglass can help you both see what you are doing better as well as protect your eyes from the harmful UV rays.
We always hear about wearing lots of sunscreen to protect our skin, however there exists incredibly little said about wearing polarized lenses in sunglasses to protect your eyes. Over a period of a normal humans lifetime damage to your eyes from over exposure from the

There are a large number of diseases of the bowl and they all have different symptoms, but there is one constant with all of these diseases and that is INFLAMMATION of the bowl. The digestive system is actually a very complex organ that has a finely tuned team of mechanical reactions mixed with chemicals. The team goes into action once food enters the mouth where it mixes with saliva, the food then moves to the stomach where it meets with digesting enzymes and other chemicals. The food mixes with the stomach secretions that are released; the mixture now moves into the small intestine, this is where new team members enter into the game. The liver and pancreas are now in action releasing digestive enzymes that break down the complex carbohydrates, fats and protein into sugars, simple fats and amino acids; these are now absorbed by the small intestine. The next team member is the large intestine or colon, the responsibility of this team player is to break down undigested food, fiber and water, as this mixture moves through the colon it is dehydrated by the colon cells becoming solid as it moves and turning into stool.
These diseases, such as

Stress relief is something that everybody needs to get regularly, no matter how much they complain that they don’t have the time. Especially if they complain that they don’t have the time! There are a thousand and one ways to get stress relief, with some of them being considered to be tried and true methods. However, there are some problems with these old methods, particularly because the old methods may or may not work that well with people who have new mindsets. While making someone listen to Mozart may not be a cause for complaint, it may not work that well in relieving his stress either, particularly if classical music isn’t really suited to his tastes. For people with that sort of personality, perhaps the best stress relief is one that might be considered a little…unconventional.

Everybody loves bowling. It is the game where a person can experience fun and excitement. The game is played by aiming and rolling the ball down a lane in an attempt to knock down all the pins standing at the other end of the lane (target). When the attempt was good enough to knock down all the pins that is when it is called a strike. If there are pins left standing and they are knocked down with another roll of the ball, he made is a spare. Most beginners tend to make a low score because their attempts railed on the lane and did not knock down any pins.

We live in an amazing time and are afforded the luxury of opportunities to live intentional lives. There is nothing to stop us from living our dreams except ourselves. Do you know what your dream is, what your purpose is, what gets you out of bed in the morning? If you do know all that, what is holding you back from your success? (p.s. How do you define success for yourself?)
Once we can target where we are and how we want to proceed, sometimes it is a mystery that we find ourselves stuck. Stuckness can serve a purpose. It can be a necessary percolating time to learn what we need to move forward. When that percolating time has finished, it may be time to figure out what stumbling blocks we arent aware of. One area to explore is thoughts we have stored and accepted as true, that have become limiting beliefs.
Limiting beliefs are many times unconscious messages that may no longer be valid or useful to us. The messages we receive come from our socialization, education, our daily living, and exposure to advertising, to name a few sources.
Negative or limiting beliefs can infiltrate

Learning piano for beginners is not easy. Not just pianists, but for any musician learning a new instrument the beginning is the hardest time. Piano lessons can help big-time, but still the fingers just wont do what the mind tells them. It takes a while for real dexterity to come along.
I should know, I have been playing guitar for over thirty years, but have just recently started working on playing piano. I havent taken piano lessons (who has the time?), but I hope I can work it out myself. I do have a really solid music theory background, which I think makes a big difference. I look at the piano keys and I know what they are and what to do to build chords and scales, and create beautiful music. Butthe hands! They just wont listen. So I play simple piano scales and exercises that sound boring but are useful to get my skill started.
I would like to have something to show for my efforts besides these simple patterns, and I found something today that is just thing: a showy trick that even a beginner can do to give a glimpse of what the future might
